Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute (MMCI) in Brno is a specialized healthcare center which performs up-to-date medical procedures. We treat over 80,000 patients every year.

Centers for Diagnostics and Treatment

In 2020, more than 28,000 patients were treated and underwent follow-up by our specialists.

Hospitalization

We provide over 10,000 hospitalizations every year.

Second Opinion

Do you need consultation on treatment held elsewhere? In MMCI, we have 10 specialized indication boards consisting of top experts. We offer medical Second opinion service, which includes consultation on treatment processes and procedures.

Outpatient procedures

We perform over 250,000 outpatient procedures every year.

Surgery

We perform 5000 surgeries every year, out of which 300 are robotic.

Radiation

We irradiate over 5000 patients every year, including several dozens of children.

Chemotherapy

We administer more than 40,000 doses of chemotherapy every year.

We are leading nearly 100 clinical trials.

We have been offering our services since 1935.

In the moment of its establishment, MMCI was one of the first cancer centers in the world. Currently, we are the only specialized cancer institute in the Czech Republic.
